Nothing but raves for Hello Sitter. Downloaded and booked an awesome sitter for the next day — literally took two minutes. They have really good customer service too.
Needs a lot of work
There are too many bugs to even make this work. Creating an account through FB doesn’t work and its wonky creative through apple.
The time function doesn’t work for recurring bookings and you can’t message a sitter to “interview” them before booking as you can with other apps. Saw a sitter that looked good, but without the recurring function, won’t know if she is available for the multiple days I need and won’t just hire someone to watch my children without even messaging them first. Too bad. Had potential.

As for in-app interview, we don’t have that functionality by design. You can rely on sitter video and feedbacks, keep in mind Everest sitter who was interviewed by professional sitters and nannies.
