Orders not going through to store
Second time using the app for an order, and second time it’s been problematic. First it overrode my pick up time on the confirmation page to 0:00. I did a workaround by typing the pick up time in the comments. I then arrived to pick it up from the Bethlehem, Tauranga store and they had not received the order from the app (same as what happened the first time). The staff kindly made the food for me as they could see on my app I had ordered and paid already.

Lost order
Easy to use app, payment went through, but when I went to collect it, the store didn’t know about my order nor did the app show any order history.
Failed order
Tried the app for the first time and sat around waiting about 30-35 minutes after the “order pickup time” only to find out they had only made 1 out of 4 of my items I ordered..... luckily I hadn’t pre paid so I walked off and went somewhere else
