I love this app
Hello Weather is without question the best weather app I have used. The interface is clean, fast and thoughtfully designed making it easy to find exactly what you need without the unnecessary clutter. The forecasts are reliable and the app strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and detailed weather info.
What sets this app apart is Trevor, the developer who listens to user input and suggestions and replies to your emails almost immediately.
If you are looking for a weather app that is accurate, beautifully designed and backed by a developer who truly cares about his app and his users, Hello Weather is an easy 5 Star recommendation!

Not made for new adopters
You can buy a "lifetime membership" on Android... which entitles you to nothing at all in the Apple universe! Very lifetime, much membership.

So far I really like!
Flawed yet Beautiful
Flaws I found after trying it for a month and why I'm not paying for it, as beautiful and easy to use as it is:
– No Horizontal Daily forecast (I dislike the vertical layout) {Are TV weather forecasts ever vertical lists?? NO!!}
– No temps on the Locations tab
– No NWS forecast data
– No historical data
– No today's precipitation % at top
– Radar is subpar (so I have to use another app for that)
– Drops current hour forecast often
I can get all this how I like it in the (less beautiful) Weather Underground app for free.

Hello Weather is, by far, The Best Weather App!
I just finished doing some thorough research, testing out about 20 different Weather apps — from the popular majors to several less popular apps.
Hello Weather is in a league of its own. I already subscribed to the premium version to get all the great features and forecasts, but you don't have to pay to enjoy it.
I've been a long time Weather Underground fan, but was looking for something better that provided quality forecasts with no/minimal ads, clutter, bloat, and tracking/privacy issues. I don't think a better option that fits this criteria exists, beyond Hello Weather!
Hello Weather is the most beautiful and streamlined weather app I have ever seen. Excellent minimalist design. It's like a new and improved version of Apple Weather.
With the premium option, you can select from many of the very best global weather forecast data services so you don't have to be stuck with their clunky, bloated apps and privacy/location tracking issues.
HW is the best general, daily driver weather app for all the basics, although some niche apps are likely better for certain areas like radar or hurricane focused apps.
Best forecast data + beautiful, clean aesthetic design + easy, simple navigation = near perfect weather app.

I had given up already on the topic of weather apps after trying lots of them (nearly everything popular and professionally looking) over the past decade and had settled with using the Apple built in solution.
But somehow this app occurred in my App Store recommendations.
I’m blown away. It is kinda minimalistic in very positive way and usability seems to be very well and clever thought through. The design follows the iOS standards (lots of competitors try to reinvent the wheel here and fail in my opinion) and the information is presented clean and focused on the absolute essentials you want to know each time when opening a weather app. But more details are always available when needed. And absolutely brilliant is the possibility to switch the data source with one tap. You can compare forecasts from all kinds of providers easily. Outstanding idea for a feature! And as icing on the cake there is here and there a sense of humour built into the app communication.
It looks for me like someone put a lot of heart into coding this app.
I would probably buy a lifetime subscription if there would be one available.

Needs future radar
I thought this app had at least a 12 hour radar window

Appreciate the details that this app provides. Images for various types of weather. It stays updated. It also shows long range forecast.
Love the redesign
Radar needs improvement though! Apple weather, Carrot weather and many others have very smooth animations with their radar.
Would also love to see wind gusts for the upcoming days like a chart with how it does it for rain.

Best Radar
This is my go-to app for checking the radar when we have rain and storms. Easier to navigate on my device than NOAA and more granular and useful than Apple’s Weather app.

Finally one app to give me all the information I need. It’s setup is intuitive, with a full range of options that are easily accessible. I have been running at least 4 other weather apps to give me the clear picture I need, with ‘Hello Weather’ only one. Well done.

Rain radar
After the last update rain radar isn’t working anymore in the UK
Fantastic, accurate and privacy respecting weather app
I tried the default weather app but it was not accurate in this part of the world. Hello weather has an excellent privacy policy, is accurate (using Xweather mainly & Foreca sometimes) looks great, and worth the small yearly fee. Well done.
Radar is historical
I like the option to choose the weather forecast data provider (Weatherbit is the best) but the fact that the radar is refractive really stinks. Who cares what the weather was in the last two hours?!? I want to see the future precip radar, not the past radar!

There are a lot of good weather apps available. I only use Hello Weather. Easy to see the forecast. Plus all the information that I need.
