I absolutely love the camera, but this app is absolutely awful. Crashes every time I press a button. Iâve never in my life seen an app crash THIS BAD. Not recommended, just do your best and use a trustworthy third-party app for your camera
iPhone users
The video is not available on iPhone after it has been downloaded. Because of the video format.mp4 how are we supposed to resolve this problem without your support team

The worst app. Iâve use so far. My Camera never even connected. Absolutely awful. I would give it to zero rating if I could.
App does not work
It will not connect to the camera. Both are on and I entered the password correctly. I followed all troubleshooting and will not connect.

App fails.
The camera works great. This is the app the QRcode sends me to so I can post vids and even control the camera from my phone. It wonât connect to the camera. Yes Camera WiFi is on. I even went in and searched for WiFi but it does not show up. I got the camera on TT. Somehow they refunded my $$$ before I received the Camera. Maybe this is why.

Wonât play videos
Takes a long time to upload the videos. When it finally says complete and I go to watch one, it says âabnormal playbackâ and wonât play the videos. App is pretty useless. Plus there have been times I had ghost videos saved to the library that I couldnât delete or click on. I had to reformat the SD card to get them off. Terrible.

I save the video file into the Photo Album on the so. Then playback has no sound.

Every time I try to connect by the WiFi connection it fails, can someone help me please, Iâm I doing something wrong or what???
Doesnât work
This app is pretty much useless. I canât even connect to the camera. There is no trouble shooting, instructions or anything. Just says connection failed.
Glitchy
It would be a good app if it transferred videos without glitches.Every video uploaded glitches and doesnât playback correctly.
