Well defined process and very intuitive to use. Helps organising and maintaining the day to day leads efficiently and effectively. The calendar, messaging templates & search tools are very handy. The data validation and the layout ensures collection of key information accurately. Ultimately the dashboard graphs provides the complete insights.
