Complain against Relationship Manager
The maid didn’t arrive , Hello Task must pay back my money . The RM doesn’t pick up my call or pay back . Bad service

⚠️ Beware of HelloTask ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE & DANGEROUS EXPERIENCE
I am writing this to warn anyone considering using Hellotask. This Friday (after a sudden rescheduling from Wednesday), they sent a maid named Ruma Aktar to my home in Kalabagan, and it was an absolute nightmare that left my family feeling completely unsafe.
Her behavior went far beyond "impolite". She was highly erratic, hostile, and aggressive from the moment she walked in. Her volatile conduct and open confrontation made her look like an immediate threat to our personal safety. We felt incredibly vulnerable in our own home and had to ask her to leave due to her unstable behavior.
To make matters worse, Hellotask's customer support is nonexistent. We tried contacting their number multiple times immediately after the incident, but they completely ignored our complaints after an initial reply. Sending an aggressive, unpredictable stranger into someone's home and then ghosting them when a safety issue arises is completely negligent. I stay out of town and was in a videocall with my family when this was going on. It left me extremely worried.
This is the second time i have faced this issue with them. The first bad experience being a couple years back after which i had stopped using there service. Do not trust this agency if you care about your safety and peace of mind. The google reviews will tell you more.

Do not take their service!!
I have taken their service for one month, they provided someone who doesn’t work properly, is very slow, when complained they didn’t change even when before taking the money they said they would. They are slow in responding, I get refund from them but it’s been almost a month they are not sending the money back even and stalling us.

Not worthy. Poor service
Ì used to have this service early 2022 and it was okay then. Now ordered 2/3 times. Service is very poor. ETA shown in apps change frequently and you can’t even cancel after they delay for hours. No call center. There is stupid chat system but no one bothers to answer. Not recommended

HelloTask App
The app was good in getting me connected to a maid. The maid was good but the app is very limited and not helpful. There is no phone number where we can call and talk to anyone. Everything is through a chat line which is not very responsive.
The cookups app and the Sheba app are much better and have real humans we can call and talk to. Something HelloTask may want to check out. My 4 star rating is for the good work done by the maid. I would give 5 stars if the app was better.

Very good service and app
I have tried this app and have to say the service is very good. Though a little bit slow on communications but the service is top notch.
Cant pay bill
I have been complaining about the same problem for weeks. In iphone I can’t pay bill within the app and for that next day i can’t make order. Worst app.
Unsatisfactory service
Great idea but terrible execution so far. They never have a maid available or they say they’ll send me somebody and then cancel after I wait for 2 hours!

Worst service provider
For the last few days couldn’t connect to any maid. The app shows maids are free. Even when there were 14 maids available I couldn’t connect to anyone. Pathetic service providers. The WORST!

Many of us searching for maid to help out the members who are at home. Now if u guyz asked for a maid’s id number when to end the task . How it will be possible to give the maid’s id from office . If Home members may forgot to inform us that maid has left then whats the way to end the task

Lack of functionality
I’ve sing up successfully. Didn’t added my address first time. Then after few days I try to add my address but app response that my session is expired. But I don’t have any option to login again. Not even can sign out from the app.
