Features aren’t working
Our team is unable to use most of the features for this application. We are able to use Team feed and rosters. App needs a lot of work and support
I want to like this more
Especially since my child’s teams use this exclusively for communication, I hoped this would be more functional. The division of various conversations is confusing, and notifications are not consistent. I am unable to easily see who my child is chatting with, it’s extra clicks to see that information. Notifications for chats do not come through, team feed notices do come through but parents are not able to participate in that section, only athletes.
