Don’t use
Had a really bad experience with this travel agency. They charged me more than what was stated on my receipt, then wanted to charge me half the price of the ticket to cancel my booking. They say they charged me in a different currency even though my bank confirms they didn’t and that the conversion rate they must have used is wrong. All of the correspondence I’ve had with them I only receive automated emails. Nothing from actual people. Super angry at these guys. Don’t use them!

It's again now NOT working!
I rated this app 1 star and put comments regarding error messages with my flight searches. Then I updated my review to 5 star rating because it appeared to be fixed and I had always been a loyal customer. Well NOT anymore. I go back to my original rating. It continuously gives an error message any any flight search. I have booked via this app before so I know how to use it but it does not work! Fix it for others but I've personally had enough.

Never use again
We booked an amazing overseas holiday.. Booked, PIAD top dollar to have an incredible time only to turn up at our hotel/resort to be told we were being down graded.. They didn't have our room for us but we could get some money back from hello world due to over booking. We came from Australia to Mexico...
Hello world offered us $100 compensation... In 'Hello World' vouchers!!!!
Hello world also advertised a complementary sunset cruise.. No fine print to say that had to be booked with them prior.. Just another thing we missed out on... Will never use again. Buyer beware!

No Luggage!
I liked the concept until I tried to book overseas flights and was unable to purchase additional luggage which is cheaper at the time of booking than at the airport. Applied to more than 1 airline, very frustrating.
No Packages Available
It needs to reflect the website and allow you to create a package rather than having to book flights and hotels separately. A holiday deals tab would be beneficial also. I won't be using the app. You're better off booking through a desktop.

Be Warned...
The app itself is functional enough and serves its purpose, but in terms of the service and flexibility you get from the hotels... Be warned, you will receive better service from the hotels by going to them direct. I recently booked an overnight stay on the wrong night (the night before I arrived). Holiday Inn Express explained that they normally offer a credit or refund in that situation but because I went through a third party, I have to speak to the third party. So I spoke to helloworld and they were unwilling to offer any credit or refund. Yes, I should've been more attentive to the dates, but I will be going directly to the hotels in future.

It is a pretty effective and easy to use app and helped a lot with the discounted rates for hotels.
The best travel app
Great prices, very easy to use. I have booked overseas trips including flights and accommodation with this app, as well as domestic trips. Everything went smoothly and the support is fantastic. This is better than using a travel agent- had heaps of mistakes with agents. Definitely the best app by far.
