Super convenient
I’m surprised Apple hasn’t bought this product, it’s an amazing utility for indie developers or organizations with multiple apps or high traffic apps.

항상 애플 스토어 커넥트 로그인해야 하고 버튼 누를 때마다 기다려야 하는 등 생각보다 귀찮은 것들이 모든 게 다 해결이 됩니다. 이 앱 덕분에 앱 출시하는 게 더 쉬워졌고 이제 웹사이트 들어가는 일이 거의 없어요.

Pre macOS 26 Support Still Needed
I love this app, as it has saved me countless hours of busy work. But there is a bug in the latest version that has rendered it useless and the latest version, with the bug fix, requires macOS 26 which my Intel based MacBook doesn’t support. Yeah, I could spend $5000 on a new MacBook, but you could also just maintain compatibility for those of us who aren’t prepared to buy new hardware.

For what it’s worth, I did just notice that I still have v1.6.1 installed on my Mac and that v2+ has been available for 8+ months.

Language in Review
In Customer Review, will be great to show the language detected for the review. A message from Germany store is not necessarily written in German. It is hard for me as Chinese to differentiate.
Makes everything so much easier
Helm helps to speed up tedious tasks in AppStoreConnect immensely. In App Purchases, Localisations, Screenshots, everything is easier using Helm!
Sehr Solide App Store Connect App
Das App Store Connect Portal ist eine Webseite die jeder Entwickler für Apple Plattformen kennt und nutzt. Ich persönlich befasse mich nun schon seit über 10 Jahren mit dem Thema Apple Platform Entwicklung und der Nutzung von App Store Connect. Vor diesem Hintergrund habe ich die Helm App als natives Interface für App Store Connect wirklich zu schätzen gelernt. Das veröffentlichen von Versionen für die Öffentlichkeit und für TestFlight ist wirklich einfach. Zum anderen hilft die App auch mit Keywords, Preisfindung und dem Management mehrerer Sprachen und von App Reviews. Von mir gibt es eine klare Empfehlung!

Useful but plagued with many issues
Clicking “Manage screenshots” or “View screenshots” makes the entire app freeze / become completely unresponsive every single time — 100% reproducible. Those features are dead.
Translate button silently overwrites EVERY language translation with ZERO confirmation, preview, or undo. Reckless and outright dangerous.

We'd like to share some updates: - The screenshot bug was fixed some time ago; please try again. - The translate button overwriting everything is a setting that can be enabled or disabled in our preferences. - Download trends and Analytics features are scheduled for release later this year or early next year. - Currently, information about App Store rejection reasons and full reviewer reply texts are not available via the API. We have requested access from Apple and recommend you do the same using their Feedback tool. We hope you've had a chance to calm down (there is a lot of caps lock happening in your review ;) and might consider giving us another opportunity. Regardless, we really appreciate your feedback and hope to earn a 5-star rating from you someday.
Essential tool for any App developer
I discovered Helm recently when directed by Rocket Sim the simulator sidekick. I am so happy that I have found it. The app and mac app are great, easy to use, premium design and makes following the process for submission easier. I think for any developer who is looking or actively developing for app store connect, Helm will streamline the process and make it easier to follow feedback, details and update configuration. The only thing I'd love to see is a possible helper or guide to find quirks like missing EULA or privacy links in the meta data or when using custom EULA a guide to update the revelant areas. Also a great feature might be some form of guide or paywall vaildator to offer advice on reducing the risk of rejection for purchases including subscriptions. Too many hidden flows in appstore connect for new apps can often lead to several rejections that can be easily avoided and extending the submission checklist in Helm would be helpful. Amazing work Helm is great.

Sehr gute App
App ist Mega hilfreich und sehr zu empfehlen. Es geht zwar auch ohne, aber man spart sich ordentlich Zeit. Ich hoffe ihr schafft es in Zukunft so viel wie möglich von App Store Connect (Website) zu implementieren. Hab mir gleich Lifetime gegönnt, da Abonnements nicht so meins ist :D
