Despite emailing support, the app does not send SMS messages to the contacts. We still got billed though.

Do not buy credits!!!
But the app and it has a great concept, I bought 10 credits which are supposed to be used to send SMS alerts to your designated contacts, how ever this clearly isn't the case, for one it uses more than one credit for each alert and 2, the designated contact isn't notified. Don't waste your money.

If I did work, I would hope a help app is something you can access quickly from the front screen somehow but it was not a thought the designers had if they can fix the bugs..

I cannot attest to how it functions yet. My husband is downloading it now, but it's definitely confusing. You should be able to link it with your contacts.

I've followed all the instructions, but there's no + button to even add a contact that you wish to alert in an emergency?! How do you even set this thing up?!
