Scammers
Used the initial $15 trial month… noticed they were false advertising on the main web page to try to get you to buy the membership plan. WOW. I could not be more appalled. Unless you have an ear infection or UTI, this thing is useless. It worked for a moment, I thought I might be able to use it for my other health issues, but they don’t do all the stuff they advertise for. Not to mention, I was not able to cancel my membership. This is the second month they charge me $40 a month, after the initial 15. When I tried to cancel the first month, I was unable to use the website or app. I tried several times that month. This month I have tried SO many times, I either couldn’t get into my account, the app was not working, app maintenance, or just no one to respond to me. There is no direct option to cancel the membership. I have tried on the site and app. You must contact them and pray that they respond. There is an automated message saying “we are so flooded with compliments, we have to get back to you ASAP!” Impossible. For the initial use of the app, the doctor was rude, but efficient… after that, it’s been a complete nightmare. Unless you want to pay them $40 a month with NO option to refund, even if it’s on the SAME day as payment, DO NOT use these apps.

Bad customer service
Would not recommend. I tried to cancel after the initial trial and could not get anyone to help me without my Member ID number or Medi-Cal number. I couldn’t log in to cancel the service and they wouldn’t do it over the phone. I couldn’t reset my password to login, I tried multiple times but I would never receive an email to reset it. It took me 3 months until I was able to just dig through everything and find my member ID. I no longer had medi-cal and had thrown away my cards as I had insurance through my company. I tried reaching out to customer service but they refused to credit me back 3 months of charges ($90) even though I tried canceling multiple times and literally no one could help me.

Reviews scared me, but great!!
Easy to use, quick, I got my call within 3 minutes of submitting a request and got my prescription almost immediately sent over. Will use again.

One of the most impressive scams I’ve ever encountered. Save your money and time. Good luck canceling- no one to talk to and they keep your card number.

They took my money and I received no services! I couldn’t even go on the website because they never bothered sending me a username. Stay away, it’s a scam!

I have been charged three times for this service I only utilized once. I have contacted this sorry company time and time again to have my subscription terminated and I was told it was, twice! Yet again, I was charged. I have notified my bank of these continued fraudulent charges. I couldn’t give this company zero stars, one star is being far to generous. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION, ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!

Horrible Scam!!!
I am suffering with a tooth infection and I signed up for this and as soon as did everything and they charged my card there was no option to even talk to a doctor. No one answers the phone and the whole thing is a scam! Now I have to cancel my debit card because I honestly do not trust that I won’t be charged again. I will report them to the BBB as well. Please read reviews before signing up for this! It’s a SCAM!

What a joke
Definitely just making this review to warn people about their terrible customer service. You can’t even speak on the phone to anybody and if you email them they won’t get back to you for 5+ days most of the time. There are a ton of other reputable, telehealth websites that I have used other than this one which has been a complete joke. do yourself a favor and save your time and money, and put it into a different telehealth app.

Worst app experience I’ve ever had!
I never leave reviews for anything but this was so heinously bad that I had to express my frustration somehow. The app is so unintuitive it took navigating error messages, reaching out to the company via multiple means and speaking with several consultants to finally arrange a consult over the course of three hours. When I finally received my consult the doctor wouldn’t even prescribe me an albuterol inhaler for my asthma despite having had a decade long history of using the medicine. So much fail!
When I contacted support to request the cancellation of my service I was then directed to another labyrinth to navigate. Save yourself the time and headache and just go to an urgent care or try another Telehealth app!

Beware- this app is a scam. You will never get in touch with a doctor, and the app will charge you hidden fees that you didn’t consent to. Do NOT download.

Got charged 30$ after my first month. I wasn’t aware the 5$ a month is only good for the first month! I canceled immediately and requested a refund. Their customer service department is NON EXISTENT. There is no number to call and the email they give you only responds with automated messages. I never even used the service yet I still can’t get my money back. Use at your own risk.

App Not Working
The app has a lot of room for improvement. I’ve had it for less than 24 hours and I already am getting a “failed to login” error. Not like I have the wrong password, but the app is actually having an issue and can’t log in right now. Frustrating because you can’t access all your linked benefits and messages from specialists/etc without being logged in.
Also should be known that your care doesn’t actually take place within this app. The app just gives you the link to your telehealth from a different website. It essentially contracts out your care.

Great experience
First of all, the app is so easy to use and navigate! Secondly, the company has great customer service and have been really responsive to all my questions. Lastly, the service itself is sooooo worth $29.99/month. I’ve already used both the counseling and teledoc services this month so it practically pays for itself. It’s a no-brainer for someone with a high deductible insurance like myself.
