No detailed history & needs expansion support!
Now that the Artisans of Naqala expansion is out, this app becomes useless if you play with the expansion. It needs to be reworked a bit and include an option if you're playing with the expansion as well.
Also, as others have stated, paying for the IAP isn't worth it – you can't see any detailed history... it leaves a lot to be desired, but could easily be changed to be awesome.

Rather use the paper
You don't get an overview of where everyone's totals are, and paying for history doesn't even get you full history! Just number of games won.
Welp.
You couldn't have thought of any other premium features but hiding saved scores? Really? There's no way to bring it back up after you accidentally tap new game. Geez.
Hard to tell if it's useful
We've used the twice, but the totals don't match out totals when we write them out. What is needed for the non premium version is a) a running total display on the page where you enter your values; and b) a way to go back from the "who won" page if you made a mistake. Without those I can't recommend.

Not bad but not great
Need to be able to do the following to make this App more valuable:
Show more stats from previous games.
Allow the user to see the physical point totals at the end of the game. (The ability to see how many total points were scored in a format similar to the score pad included in the game.)
The idea behind this app is great. I just think it needs a little extra care in the interface department.
Also the ability to go back once you hit ok, this happened to us in our first game and we had to use the pad instead.
I also bought the premium version, but not sure if I will use this app again. Probably just going to use the pads or make my own spread sheet and keep track of stats that way. I'm giving it 3 stars because I'm still on the fence. If it gets updates that improve the interface and stat tracking I might reconsider and give it a better review. As it stands just Meh.....

Decent app, but disappointed with history feature
I paid for the premium version of the app, primarily for the history feature - however, it is very disappointing that there is no way to see all of the scores for a previous game. The app only displays the winner's score, and that really doesn't help. Tapping on a historical play should allow you to see all of the information about that play, including the individual category scores.
