I have to delete and reinstall again every time I need to correct a timesheet. So frustrating!

Terrible

I have to delete and download this app probably about once a week because it constantly messes up. It’s so aggravating! I wish they would just fix it.

Terrible App

Constantly crashing, doesn’t record data, using my free time to delete the app from my phone, reinstall and re-add notes and surveys again in the hopes that they’ll take. This is pretty much a daily occurrence. I have been in contact with Helper-Hive dozens of times, but they have not resolved the issue with their app.

Needs work

The app needs to be deleted and restored almost every time I enter a time card. This was happening before the most recent update and has only gotten worse.

It very frustrating and time consuming

App needs to be revamped

Nearly every single time I go to enter my time in and time out the app fails to work. This requires me to then either uninstall and reinstall the app or take time on my private time off to deal with the complications. Not only that but one answer should suffice for why I have to clock out and I’m not at the residence. This app requires you to do it three times. Yes, they have someone that will text you when you have not clocked out due to the app not working, however, that takes up even more time to reinstall the app put in all of your information, and then redo your timesheet. it shouldn’t be that difficult to create an app that actually is user-friendly and works. I will say the people at Helper Hive do text me whenever I have not been able to clock out. They also text me for a whole lot of other stuff that I don’t need to deal with. All that being said, I will go to any length to make sure that my client gets the best care possible regardless of how your app works.
