Pros and cons
Fantastic idea but the app needs work. If you try to start a job from the home screen, the app crashes, so you have to go the profile screen, get support, and scroll all the way down where it says browse all projects and services to start one. Other than that, no complaints.

Great idea but…
App doesn’t work. Please fix it. Signed up and was pleasantly surprised that it said it was available in my area. But to actually do anything on the app is impossible and it kicks you out immediately. I tried clicking on several different things and got the same result every time.
Easy and Convenient
This app has a very nice and easy to use interface. It makes it simple to get around the house tasks done. I like also that it helps me support the emergency responders in my community
Can’t even get the app to work
Service was recommended (with a 1st time discount) by my home warranty company. Can’t even get the verification step to work so I don’t know if they’re available in my area. Ended up deleting the app. Waste of time.

Probably Scam
Signed up and asked for a price. 3-4 times local. Asked to have a fireman come by and look at my shrubs than needed to be trimmed. They requested I join and include my credit card information. When I refused they totally dropped me.

Not receiving the SMS message with password reset code/instructions via when using Forgot my Password.
Good idea but try someone else’s
I thought this was such a great idea but I waIted over a month for the firefighter and ended up doing the work myself (a job I really needed help with but again men are a no show). I kept being flexible with the guy’s schedule but every week he said it would be “next week “. After waiting over a month and many texts on my part the guy was a flake. I’m taking the app off my phone and will get help from other more reliable sources in the future. If you can’t follow thru or do the job don’t leave us hanging. I would advise using another service company if you want anyone to be available and actually keep in touch. This was a HORRIBLE experience.
