Useless app
I have been trying to sign up for the past few days now. I can’t get past the registration page. Really frustrating

I also cannot get past registration, the app bombs out before I can complete the first full page. The consultant was efficient but the app is a disaster on my Apple 11
Horrible app and as a result I am turned off from using this service
Your call centre agent was amazing. I liked how she got me to sign up and got me interested but your app ruined all of it
It does not work on my iPhone 12 - I cannot get past registration. “Unable to send registration details to our server”. I work for a software development company, hire a dev to fix this. If you have devs, what are you paying them for?
This app will be the sole reason why you lose clients, you defs lost my support and I will not be accepting no debi check mandate as I’d be paying for service I cannot access? Pretty pointless.

Cannot install on my iPhone 13
When dowloaded, wether the update is selected or not, it seems to hang with a grey screen, or spinning icon when trying to load that doesn’t seem to time out after several minutes.
