I love the Call function of this App, it gives summary of every call and good transcription. It has four different knowledge base that can make detailed suggestions of industries like Real Estate. Solid Call Tracker, Could Improve Profile View
The client profiles in Helport are one of the best parts. Each call updates automatically with contact details, notes, and action items. The only issue I’ve run into is that reviewing older notes takes a bit of scrolling. Not a huge problem, but some filtering options would help. Still a great tool for staying organized.
