Bad customer experience, if I could give them zero star rating that’s more than they deserve.
An update even when they say here to contact them “ they don’t solve anything “ still the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I find most are complaining about the service and the money. I found other applications that hovered better policies and customer service.

لا يسمح لي باختيار العامله وتم خصم من المبلغ اللي فالحساب وانا عميل من شهور معكم
غير متعاونين في الشكاوي ، هذي المره الثانيه اتعامل معهم في شكاوي وسيئين جداً خدمه العملاء

انخدعت بعرض غير واضح وطويل المدى، لا يوجد تجاوب من الدعم في اي قناة، يتحججون بسياسات غير ظاهره، الحساب غير قابل للحذف، يجبرونك على رصيد مسترد للتطبيق حتى لو كان الخطأ منهم.. نصيحة تعامل مع شركات معروفة واحترافية

When you wake up and see your house is dirty, do yourself a favor: do not call Hemah. Call literally anyone else.
This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The application is terrible, the booking times are unclear, and the working hours are not displayed correctly.
To top it all off, they arrived at 7:30 a.m. on a Friday for a cleaning appointment. I had booked the service for a friend who was not answering at that moment. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the driver repeatedly told me, “Cancel, cancel, cancel,” while one of the company’s employees was shouting at me through WhatsApp.
The entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and completely unprofessional. I would never use this application again, and I strongly recommend choosing another cleaning company.

لماذا يفعل ايقونة الالغاء اذا كان البلغ غير مسترد ؟؟!
تم انشاء عقد بالساعه ثم تم الالغاء ولم يم اعادة المبلغ في المحفظه ولم يتم التنبيه اثناء العقد بالن المبلغ غير مسترد ولماذا يفعل ايقونة الالغاء اذا كان البلغ غير مسترد ؟؟!
Good but
I really hate how all the girls from all the applications think it’s ok to just things inside random drawers or any case or bag and that’s without organization or that it’s ok to just leave the cleaning products laying around without keeping them back in place properly or that sometimes they are so careless that they break stuff

Terrible service, property damage, and unfair cancellation fees
Extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff provided lacked the necessary skills for the job and required constant supervision. During their service, my dishwasher was severely damaged. When I reached out to customer service, I found them unhelpful, as they repeatedly deferred my concerns rather than offering a resolution. To make matters worse, upon cancellation, the company deducted 25% of the contract value. Also, when transferring the rest of the money they took also all the rewards. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

التطبيق ماعندو مصداقية ابدا كل المعلومات عن العاملات غير صحيح، طلبنا عاملة مكتوب عندها خبرة اكثر من سنة جات عندها خبره اقل من ٣ شهور. لا توجد اي مصداقية

السلام عليكم انا طلبت عاملة بساعة وسرقة من مقتنياتي ولما كلمت الشركة قالوا نخلي مسؤوليتنا مالنا دخل يعني ( كتبت الملاحظة عشان اللي يطلب عاملة من عندهم ينتبه لان العاملات يسرقون وحقك ما راح يرجع )

Zero customer service , they dont reply on phone , i called them 100 times to talk to supervisor and they closed the line twice while talking to them and refused to let me talk to the supervisor

اخذت منهم اكثر من عامله ولا اقدر اقول الا حراميه وكذابين عاملاتهم من اسوء مايكون و خدمه العملاء اسوء من عاملاتهم

خدمة المقيمه سئيه جداً جداً .. ثلاث عاملات خلال العقد الواحد ابدلهم وكل واحده اردى من الثانيه الاولى تصد وتقعد تكلم زوجها واذا بغيتها اقعد ساعه ادورها هاوشتها كم مره انها تجلس بالمطبخ ماتسمع كلامي ورجعتها .. الثانيه تشيل ولدي وترضعه بدون ماتسأل تتصرف من راسها وكم مره اهاوشها وتعاندني !!!! الثالثه ريحتها تصرع الطير قسم بالله وكل ماقلت لها روحي تروشي قالت ماعندي ملابس ولا صابون !!!! شي مخزي ماخذين مننا فوق ٢٠٠٠ ريال وهذي الخدمه !!! حسبي الله وكفى
