Gradually improving
We had a very bad experience with one of the drivers a few weeks ago. He asked for extra money to return a lost item, which is unacceptable considering this is a service for l seniors and people with disabilities. He also drove aggressively over speed bumps and repeatedly called me (used another number after I blocked him) after I cancelled future bookings.
I reported the issue, but I am not sure any action was taken.
The app should not share personal phone numbers. Communication should be handled inside the app. There should also be a clearer and easier way to report driver misconduct.
It is also concerning that driver ratings do not seem to be taken seriously. It is unclear whether this is due to low pay or a lack of accountability, but either way, it affects trust in the service. Because I told him that I will report your calls to the company and he did not seem to care.
