About

Hemostat documents medical transports as a complete, tamper-evident chain of custody – from order to confirmed receipt. WHO USES HEMOSTAT Hospitals, laboratories, medical practices, pharmacies and courier services. One app for every role: requesters, dispatchers, couriers and recipients work in the same system – on iPhone and iPad. WHAT THE APP DOES • Create a transport order in under a minute • Scan single-use seals via QR – timestamps and condition are recorded automatically • Confirm handovers with QR scan and signature • Multi-stop tours with goods and contact person per stop • Live map for dispatchers: see your own drivers in real time • Shift and break management: location only during working hours • Push notifications for every status change • Works offline: scans and handovers are stored locally and synced automatically • Share delivery-note PDFs straight from the app PRIVACY IS PART OF THE PRODUCT Hemostat stores transport metadata – no patient data, diagnoses or findings. Driver location is captured only during an active shift, with documented consent and a pause switch; position data is deleted automatically after the retention period (default: 30 days). Data residency: Germany. No ad tracking, no third-party analytics. BUILT FOR AUDITS Every step is written to an append-only, hash-chained event log. Audit-ready PDF/A exports are generated in the Hemostat web app. ACCESS Hemostat is a B2B platform. You receive your credentials from your organisation. Not a customer yet? Learn more at hemostat.de.

What's New in Hemostat App

1.2

August 23, 2026

New in version 1.2: • Tour planning: recurring multi-stop tours – including route optimization (shortest route or cold-chain/GDP first) • “Accept tour”: drivers confirm all runs of a tour with a single tap • GDP and cold-chain labels with temperature range – on goods types, orders, and tours • Shift planning: create and manage driver shifts; driver selection respects the shift at pickup time • Live tracking: courier company managers now see their own drivers on the map • Incident reports now support photos; signature, delivery photo, and incidents appear in the delivery protocol • Driver history: completed and declined runs, filterable by status • Location details (e.g. reception, OR gate) shown in order lists and details • Digital signature on delivery – captured right in the protocol • More robust offline mode and more reliable push notifications
