Update
The app says that there’s a new update out that I need to download. I go to the App Store and I have the most current version… I see reviews from over a year ago, saying the same thing…
The app isn’t working
I’ve tried so many times to “update” as it says to do so, I have deleted the app and re downloaded and the app still doesn’t work. I have no way of contacting them or even order online. Please correct this.

Love the products and service, but the app does give you a “you need to update” message no matter what.
App is broken
When you open the app a pop message regarding the app needs to be updated. After you click on the message it send you over to the App Store only not to allow you to update it at all.

I hope they see this and take heed and correct the malfunction with the app. It is not allowing customers to load or update.

When you open the app an un-bypassable message pops up that says “hey! We’ve updated the app…” etc, and when you click the “update” link (the only option), it brings you to the app store, where you can see that there’s no new update.
