Hemra: Migraine Attack Tracker

Nobody fills in a form during a migraine. Hemra is built around one idea: record the attack with a single tap, and ask everything else once you can think again. WHILE IT HURTS • One big button. No questions. • Dark room mode: the screen dims, the app makes no sound, one enormous button remains. Usable when light hurts. • It notes the weather for you — pressure and humidity, without you doing anything. ONCE IT IS OVER • Four short questions: where it hurt, how bad it was, what came with it, how the day went. • Mark the pain by tapping a drawing of a head. • Skip any of it. A half-filled record beats no record. THE FILE YOU SHOW YOUR DOCTOR This is why the app exists. One tap makes a PDF: • Monthly migraine days and headache days • Acute medication days against the ICHD-3 §8.2 overuse thresholds • An attack table: date, duration, severity, side, aura, medicine, response • Symptom and pain-location frequencies • Triggers, and the air pressure at onset You can also download your raw data as a spreadsheet. It is your data. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO • It does not diagnose. It does not suggest medicines or doses. • It never claims you will have a migraine tomorrow. • It says nothing until the data earns it — no invented findings. • No account, no server, no ads. Everything stays on your phone. Delete the app and the data goes with it. Hemra is not a medical device. SUBSCRIPTION Hemra is free to try for three days. After that it needs Hemra Pro: the monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions, while the lifetime option is a one-time payment that does not renew. Current prices are shown in the app in your own currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
