Wifi to HWQH via the app it is not stable and continually drops out
The app used to work just fine remotely but over the last few weeks it continually loses its connection via WIFI to the water quality hub. This means remote management isn’t possible when this happens. I can be standing right in front of the HWQH and it still doesn’t connect, only sporadically. A service tech advised this was a known issue but nothing seems to have been done to resolve it.

User needs to update firmware
I had the probes screen stop working but saw a piece of advice to update the hub’s and the chlorinator’s firmwares when the app is updated (easy to do, see the manual). That restored all operations.
Agree it would be nice to be able to set the system time in the app, but it is fairly rare.

Unable to reset clock via app after power failure
Not able to reset the clock on Henden water quality hub remotely via the app after a power failure. This affects the programmed scheduled runtimes as the time resets to 00:00 when power is restored. Should be able to reset the HWQH time remotely using the app.
Unable to change time remotely using the app
Unable to change time remotely using the app. There is no option in the app to correct the time after a power outage which throws out scheduled run times. Probe settings screen is blank so unable to change any probe settings using the app.
App not working?
So I updated my app and it stopped working.
Contacted Henden support and had it sorted in 3 days. For everyone who said they can’t get support obviously didn’t pick up the phone and ring them.
Soo if your app isn’t working.
Delete the app completely off your device then reinstall it from the App Store.
Use your old username and password and it will go straight back to your account don’t have to pair or link anything.

App just crashes
App has never really worked all that well, but the update to the fonts means it won’t open at all.
App doesn’t work after update
Have to complete review as no contact available. Since update, app attempts to open but just shuts down again.
