Billing nightmare
I paid for the year for a digital subscription. The customer service department is terrible. I always write the length of a subscription in the memo of my check as magazines/newspapers tend to send bills months ahead. I have proof that my subscription was for a year . Not sure if this is a communication problem or if they have so many subscribers they don’t really care if they loose one. My subscription was ended three months early ! Not worth the multiple phone calls and emails . The app was often an issue as well.

Henderson Preferred
I prefer the front page be reserved for Henderson and/or Kentucky stories and not see Evansville stories.
App crashes on practically every news article
This app used to be a pretty good substitute for the experience of reading a paper newspaper. Now, however, it crashes every time I tap on an article to read it. Having to relaunch the app for every article I read is more than a bit of a chore and Gannett doesn't seem to care as I’ve gotten no response to repeated calls. They apparently don’t care enough about the app to keep up with IOS updates.

This app apparently only works if you are a subscriber to the paper. If you get the paper there is no need for this. If I could show zero stars I would.
Poorly Functioning App
This app is hard to log in to. It also has no way to email articles to a user.
