Difficult to create vacation hold
The app is very difficult to navigate, no readily apparent way to place a hold on my paper being delivered. Please check out the Wall Street Journal app for a dramatic contrast!
Very unreliable. Most days it freezes. Bah!
This is a frustrating app. It occasionally lets me get to the comics, bridge, Hax, and the no-longer-good Dear Abby. Most days it freezes somewhere along the way, often early in the process.
Inconsistent… maddening
Some days this works OK, but many, if not not most, days I am unable to see the whole newspaper. Other papers in the chain work great. The only Gannet that is worse is the Indy Star.

Help with paper delivery
Live seasonally in Hendersonville NC and for 20+ years have subscribed to your paper in the summer.
Have tried for 2 weeks to resume delivery. In desperation opened a new subscription.
Tried to call you and the business office. No return calls.
Went to the business office-closed.
Nothing works!!!

A newspaper has a right to advertise and I have a right not to read the ad. Not so for this app that suddenly subvert the ad copy into the midst of vital news articles . I’m exercising my right to delete theT-N App.
