App defect
Cannot get past push notifications screen via iPhone. Deleted.
False advertisement for an easy way to pay utilities.
I only got this app because a pamphlet I got with my utility bill said it was a portal to pay my bill. NOPE! After having to dig through the app to find “pay my bill” It just gives you a quick link to the registration form for autopay being the only service that doesn’t charge a fee. Way to continue to lie to your citizens. If the developers read this I suggest you have a homepage link to bill pay and subscribe to ebills to auto verify routing numbers and checking accounts so you don’t have to hammer the citizens with fees.

Useless
The only reason I got the app was because I received a Mailer that said I could use the app to pay my bill. However, I can’t. I can’t even view my bill. Now I’m stuck continuing to use the AWFUL Henrico County Payment Portal which is...seriously seriously terrible.
No way to view and pay utility bill
A flyer for this app came with my utility bill so I thought I would be able to view and pay my bill in this app- which I cannot. I can’t believe it is 2019 and Henrico still doesn’t have ebills or any way to even see your bill online. Imagine how much money could be saved by no longer printing and mailing bills .
