Suddenly Gone On The Fritz
I have had this app since sometime in 2024. At first it worked flawlessly now it’s completely useless. I can’t log in and every attempt is meet with the message that my email is not on record. The help page and the so called support phone # leads to a recorded message that is barely audible and the message skips/fades in and out. After Re listening a few times all it does is instruct me to go the support website for help which I’ve done multiple times and that is useless and non operational as well. This is the most horrific experience with any app I’ve had to date and there is NO help/support to be found.

Can’t get it open the last week. Have no clue why it isn’t working or even opening, can’t get to my prescriptions at all.
Can’t Login
Unable to login despite using same username and password used on the RX website. Entirely useless.
So frustrating!!!
I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times. Once you try to login it never changes past the login screen and you never know if you’re logged in or not. Anytime you try to do anything you have to login again and you can’t ever get past the first screen. I work for HFHS. This is embarassing, especially when I try to walk patients through it.

Why do I need a prescription number to create an account???
Doesn’t Recognize Username/PW
I’m able to sign on using the desktop website, but the mobile app does not recognize my username and password. Every time I try to sign in, it tells me I’ve entered the wrong password. Very frustrating. This app would be great if it worked.

After a long time not using the app I need it again but it does not accept my login or recognize my info for a new account. Email and password works via the website, just not the app.
I suspect the problem is with my email address not fitting some misguided limitation on what is a valid email address, although it absolutely IS valid and worked just fine in the app as of February 2018.

I love everything about this app from refill reminders to the ability to set reminders to take meds.

Needs updating
This app has not updated in a long time. It's slowing my iPhone Down. Easy to use otherwise
Easy to navigate
This app is very yet friendly and easy to navigate. Just a tap of the screen and my ex was ready and waiting!
Not up to date
Does not show latest scripts filled (over a month ago) so refill available data is suspect.
