Developer Support Slow to roll fixes
App down for over 4 weeks now, developer blamed iOS 26, but it was the developer’s latest update that broke it.

I can’t believe I just found out they have an app! So much easier than the desktop or calling in. It saves all your recently purchased items!
Product search needs improvement
Frequently when I know exactly what product I want, I have to type in different keywords over and over to bypass the usual “not found” alert. Also when submitting orders, there is no option to enter promo codes. It’s costly to use this app!! (VERY slow, too)
Needs Face ID
Good, easy to use app when I’m mobile, but lacks ability to use Face ID which would really be useful
Runs Perfect
Have an iPhone XR and the app runs perfect. Wish it had face recognition so I can log in easier.
