This app has helped me so much to stay grounded and remember that I don’t have to carry everything on my own. Having the daily affirmations on my lock screen everyday has been a huge blessing! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Thank you, and thank you for the word "trenches", because that is who Her is for. The lock screen line was built so that on the days there is no room to open anything, one true sentence still gets to you before the day does. You do not carry it all alone.

Hi Carissa, We are sorry about the charge. We have replied to your email today with the one-minute refund steps (Apple handles refunds for every App Store purchase, and they approve trial charges like yours quickly). The trial reminder is a notification the app sends on day two, and it cannot appear when notifications for Her are turned off on the phone; that is on us & we are actively fixing that. I am sorry this fell so far short, and I would like to put it right. Her is a subscription sold through Apple, with the trial length and price shown before any payment and cancellation available any time in Settings. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and I will support any request you make. If you wrote to me and I did not answer, that is on me and I want to fix it. Please reach me through Contact in the app's Settings and I will reply personally.

Thank you, this is generous. Personalisation is the whole bet: the questions at the start are there so the lines can be about your life rather than a poster. It is still evolving, and the next update rewrites thousands of lines into plainer language.
In Awe of this App
Such a beautifully designed app! I love how much more intentional it feels compared to typical affirmation apps. The affirmations feel thoughtful and relevant rather than just being generic quotes, and there’s a really nice variety of themes to explore.
The personalization is probably my favorite part - being able to save the lines that actually resonate with you, create your own affirmations, and have them available through widgets makes it much easier to turn affirmations into an actual daily habit.
The overall design is gorgeous and calming too. It feels like a little positive space you can come back to whenever you need it. Definitely worth trying if you’re into self-care, journaling, manifestation, or simply want a more positive start to your day.
