I love having the ability to wake up to daily affirmations customized to my life, manage several calendars in one place, and get nudges along the way. I plan to start using the meal plan feature more as well. There are so many easy to navigate features that will make my life easier.

This app came in my life like Mary Poppins…..got me, my life, my family, my MIND….together. it’s such a helpful assistant and helps lighten the load by giving me ideas and helps me plan. My favorite new ritual is opening it up during my morning routine and setting my intention for the day with the peaceful, serene opening that runs down my schedule and encourages me to take on the day.
