About

Hercule – Your Personal Fitness Chronicle Your training deserves more than a spreadsheet. Hercule gives you a clean, flexible way to build your program, track your workouts, and see your progress at a glance. Now, with an AI coach on hand when you want one, and none of the clutter. Your AI Coach (Beta) Ask for a 4-day program and get one built around the way you already train — your coach can read your past logs, your labels, and your existing programs before it answers. Ask why your shoulder hurts when you press, or how much protein you need. When it proposes a program, you see the whole thing first and decide whether to keep it; accept it and the labels it needs are created for you. Still in beta, and getting better. Label Your Training, Your Way Create custom labels for your training days, rest days, or any routine that fits your schedule. Give each label a name, an icon, and a short description. Over time, your calendar becomes a personal map of your fitness journey — showing exactly how you train, not just whether you showed up. Build a Program, Then Follow It Create your own multi-day program: name it, lay out each training day and rest day, and fill in the exercises with the sets and reps you plan to hit. Set it as your active program and Hercule keeps your place, so every session opens on the right day. Programs hold the plan; your logs hold what actually happened. See Your Consistency at a Glance The calendar displays your week and month clearly so you can spot patterns, stay accountable, and keep momentum. Whether you are building a habit or staying on track with a program, your history is always visible. Log Every Set, Every Rep Record exercises with full detail: sets, reps, weight, and set type. Choose from normal, warmup, failure, drop set, personal record, or failed PR attempt. Your logs stay structured and readable whether it is a heavy day or an easy one. Pick Up Where You Left Off When you type an exercise name, Hercule automatically shows your previous sessions — weight, reps, and set types included. No more guessing what you lifted last time. No Ads. No Leaderboards. Just Your Data. Hercule is built around clarity, privacy, and simplicity. Use it to label days, track full sessions, or anything in between. The app adapts to how you train. Track, label, and grow — one day at a time.

What's New in Hercule

1.1.0

September 2, 2026

Version 1.1.0 Two big additions this time: you can build your own programs, and there is now an AI coach. CUSTOM PROGRAMS Build a multi-day program of your own — name it, lay out training days and rest days, and add the exercises with the sets and reps you plan to hit. Set one as your active program and Hercule keeps your place, so each session opens on the right day. Programs can be edited any time, and you can tap any day to see its exercises before you start. YOUR AI COACH (BETA) A new AI tab. Ask it to build you a program, ask what to do about a nagging shoulder, or ask a straight nutrition question. It can look at your past logs, your labels, and your existing programs before it answers, so the advice fits how you actually train. When it proposes a program you see the whole thing first and decide whether to keep it — accept it and any labels it needs are created for you. It is in beta, so it has a usage limit, shown right in the chat. FIRST-RUN SETUP New sign-ups now go through a short profile setup so the coach has something to work with from day one. Existing users will be asked to fill it in once. PRIVACY Analytics now have a switch of their own in Settings. Turn them off and nothing further is collected, on that launch or any after it.
