Never Works
It’s the first day of school and this stupid app is already not working. It showed my kids’ bus being across town, but then it suddenly pulled up outside our house and we had to rush outside. I hate this app so much and wish our school would use something else. What’s the point of tracking the bus if it’s never where the app says it is?

Never smooth at year’s start
This app has trouble updating my child’s info at the start of each year. Even the customer support form gives me errors when I try to submit the problems. Very useful when it works but it’s still my least favorite school app.
Unreliable
Whether or not all features work is about 50/50. The tracking of the bus is delayed or will freeze and arrival notifications are often inconsistent. It’s only function is to track a bus yet a cell phone does a better job

You don’t upgrade your software properly. Everytime you try to do any changes in the app it get even worst. None of the notifications are shared on time.
Location stuck
Since the last update the location tracking has gotten worse, not better.

The app only works when transportation updates the app. Instead it can be very draining and not useful because you will
have to call them and let them know the app isn't being updated. The drivers can be very rude and not update the app as well. Communication is key when other people people children are on the line.

Getting worse
It was already pretty bad, it’s getting worse very update.
Update ruined it
Stuck where it’s asking me to name my device after the update. Cannot leave from that screen or type anything.
Do something
So bad I can’t even see the bus but I get the notifications that it’s in the radius
Broken Updates
App was working great for 3 years I’ve been using it… then this update that changed the icon broke it. Alerts would not sound until long after the bus is gone. Now this update is even worse. If you zoom to see where the bus is then zoom out and rotate the map, the bus is all over the map.
Student log in
I’m trying to login to the student thing, but it says the district code and I’ll put it in and it says it doesn’t do for a ridership

This app use to be a really good app. It would be spot on about where the bus was located and notifying when it was near. Since the update it has extremely downgraded and is no longer dependable. It lags at least 15-20 mins sometimes before it will update the bus’s location. Please fix the bugs or

It’s fine
I don’t like the new update. I know it’s silly but I miss the little bus on the map instead of this boring arrow.
Slow bus refreshes
The bus location refreshes so slowly now since the GUI update. The location refreshes almost stop completely once the bus enter my child’s circle zone. I can never trust the location of the bus. Please fix!
Suggestion
Don’t get me wrong, I love this app. It’s accurate and does not lag most of the time. But I have a suggestion. What if the bus could move? Like, I get that it teleports, but I’m talking about move in real time. So if you open the app and then open it again dm they are in your neighborhood, you can see the exact spot instead of it updating and going out too early or too late. You could see when it stopped, how it turned, where it turned, and it’s earlier. To look at. But this is just a suggestion, so. But yeah, I love it.

Rogue bus icon
Since the update the bus icon goes rogue when you zoom in. You have to pay attention to what street it says it’s on instead. Update is pretty I’ll give you that but it’d be nice if you could zoom in like before

Please bring back the smiling face on the bus. Son really loved seeing it.

I don't know if my bus is coming, but I updated it
This app is amazing
I never have to wonder when my son is getting to the bus stop or the buses it is the perfect situation for parents to monitor children to take a bus. Thanks, Here Comes the Bus.
