Not able to refresh
As soon as i open the app once i cannot refresh it after that really annoyiny

This does not actually track the bus and this doesn't have accurate stops, you can't even edit them. Thanks to this app I missed my buy and I'm probably going to get in-trouble by my parents, it's literally a joke.

Great app
This app is great to help me know when my daughter gets on the bus and how far from home she is!
Not happy
Set this app up because our district said we had to use it and I was able to log in for a week and after it logged me out and will not let me reset my password or log back in. I tried filling out the issue form on the website but it will never let me submit it. Now tomorrow is the first day of school and I can get zero help!

Stopped working and no support
The app stopped sending me notifications and all of my settings were the same. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but it keeps saying unknown error with my school code. I know the information is correct, as my kids dad’s app is working fine on his phone. Same school code. I tried to fill out the support form, and it keeps timing out, so I can’t even ask for help to fix the issue.

So this app is good and all, but you only can see where the bus is in 1 mile of my radius so I can’t even see if I get to school or my bus is near me and I should walk down my long driveway
Never Works
It’s the first day of school and this stupid app is already not working. It showed my kids’ bus being across town, but then it suddenly pulled up outside our house and we had to rush outside. I hate this app so much and wish our school would use something else. What’s the point of tracking the bus if it’s never where the app says it is?

Never smooth at year’s start
This app has trouble updating my child’s info at the start of each year. Even the customer support form gives me errors when I try to submit the problems. Very useful when it works but it’s still my least favorite school app.
Unreliable
Whether or not all features work is about 50/50. The tracking of the bus is delayed or will freeze and arrival notifications are often inconsistent. It’s only function is to track a bus yet a cell phone does a better job

You don’t upgrade your software properly. Everytime you try to do any changes in the app it get even worst. None of the notifications are shared on time.
Location stuck
Since the last update the location tracking has gotten worse, not better.
Bus app works okay when transportation updates it
The app only works when transportation updates the app. Instead it can be very draining and not useful because you will
have to call them and let them know the app isn't being updated. The drivers can be very rude and not update the app as well. Communication is key when other people people children are on the line.

Getting worse
It was already pretty bad, it’s getting worse very update.
Update ruined it
Stuck where it’s asking me to name my device after the update. Cannot leave from that screen or type anything.
Do something
So bad I can’t even see the bus but I get the notifications that it’s in the radius
Broken Updates
App was working great for 3 years I’ve been using it… then this update that changed the icon broke it. Alerts would not sound until long after the bus is gone. Now this update is even worse. If you zoom to see where the bus is then zoom out and rotate the map, the bus is all over the map.
