The app is probably fine. With that said it is only as good as the morons in your school district entering info to use it

This app is good but sometimes am not able to see the bus at all and it logged me out my account and now I can’t see my bus

App never works correctly. Busses are constantly not showing and when you try to get it fixed nobody cares.

I live at two houses and often cant see the one im at, wish there was a way to switch for divorce
App keeps saying bus is changed and its the same bus
The app keeps saying my sons bus is replaced with another bus, and shows a different bus across town and my sons normal bus picks him up. Whats the point of this app if it doesnt work properly?
Updates
It never updates quick enough and im not sure if its because of the bus itself or the driver but it shouldnt take 20 minutes for it to update
Sometimes it doesn’t show the bus.
The app has several days without showing when the bus is coming, I hope they fix that soon.

This app this year already is not working and I like to know where is my child at at all time sometimes the gps on the bus not popping up
ZERO Stars
Every morning I get a notification that the bus has changed and the visibility may not show. I have yet to see my child’s boss visible and tracking in this app either in the morning or in the afternoon. At one point, my children’s information in the app disappeared and then came back three days later. When I open up the app, the map shows a random location in my state, not even close to where my kids get the bus. When I click on my child’s name, the map does not adjust. This is truly the worst app.

Missing
Once the bus starts from the school the iOS app doesn't show the live location of the bus in the map. This has been happening since Aug 25th. I even updated to the latest version of the app.

This does not actually track the bus and this doesn't have accurate stops, you can't even edit them. Thanks to this app I missed my buy and I'm probably going to get in-trouble by my parents, it's literally a joke.

This app is great to help me know when my daughter gets on the bus and how far from home she is!
Not happy
Set this app up because our district said we had to use it and I was able to log in for a week and after it logged me out and will not let me reset my password or log back in. I tried filling out the issue form on the website but it will never let me submit it. Now tomorrow is the first day of school and I can get zero help!

Stopped working and no support
The app stopped sending me notifications and all of my settings were the same. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but it keeps saying unknown error with my school code. I know the information is correct, as my kids dad’s app is working fine on his phone. Same school code. I tried to fill out the support form, and it keeps timing out, so I can’t even ask for help to fix the issue.

So this app is good and all, but you only can see where the bus is in 1 mile of my radius so I can’t even see if I get to school or my bus is near me and I should walk down my long driveway
