The App That Makes Going Out Feel Special Again
Here Passport has opened the door to social & wellness experiences I genuinely wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. The fact that a single membership gets you gym access, access to numerous nightlife spots, a yoga studio, exclusive parties, front of the line service, & you can bring your friends too like???!? It’s an INSANELY good deal. Every experience feels considered, from the people you meet to the environments you’re invited into. On top of that, the aesthetics are so so dope. The app is visually clean, cool, and clearly designed with care. If you’re looking for meaningful social experiences, creative energy, and access to events that feel elevated and unique, this app is absolutely worth it. The experiences feel intentional as well as beautifully designed, and genuinely useful rather than overwhelming. It has helped me be more present and aware of my experiences, especially happening within my city. You can tell a lot of care went into both the functionality and the overall feeling of the app. My new favorite app! 😻

Being a member as well as utilizing the app has been a beautiful experience so far.
My first real HERE experience was being able to skip the line to see Leon Thomas live. Not only was the ticketing and entry seamless but once I was there I was surrounded by such a welcoming group of creatives that was very refreshing to be around for once. As digital culture drives a wedge between individuals looking for authentic connections I believe this app will help glue it all back together. I’ll definitely be sticking around to see how this platform grows!

this app has everything i need as someone who is committed to my fitness journey, to being in community, and who hates waiting in lines and paying fees at the door. i have been able to be VIP at music events one day and get trained by the best trainers in the area the next day. i also love that instead of scouring social media for events to attend, i can check the app. i love it HERE!

Great Start, Loving the Concept
I’ve really enjoyed using the HERE Passport app so far. I’ve been able to go to more events, explore new spots around Sacramento, and meet people I probably would’ve never crossed paths with otherwise. The UI feels smooth and everything feels intuitive in a way that adds value to my week.
I also haven’t had any issues using the app or my pass at any of the venues so far. Access has been seamless every time, which I really appreciate.
The only hiccup I experienced was with Mau P. I RSVP’d about two or three weeks in advance and was told I’d have VIP access, but I ended up in GA. It wasn’t a big deal for me personally (retired raver here, GA is my natural habitat), but from an operations standpoint it might be helpful to make sure expectations match the experience.
Overall, I’m loving the app and I’m excited to see how it grows.

Progress over perfection
Since the start, this app has had a beautiful, simple design and did exactly what I needed it to do. I pay a membership and get the easiest access into Tiger. Over time, the updates have only gotten better, and the app keeps getting easier to use. Keep going!

Been using No iD for a few months and it’s been smooth from the start. The app’s easy to navigate, the perks are legit, and I’ve had zero issues with billing or membership. What stood out to me is how clear everything is, you can cancel anytime, and they even give you two different places in the app to do it. No games. Just solid access to cool experiences. I’ve already put a few friends on, and they’re loving it too.

Shady Billing Practices - Watch Your Wallet
I canceled my subscription back in January 2025, but this app attempted to charge my card again in March without my consent. Since the app (now called NoID) updated, I was locked out of my account with no way to access billing history or manage subscriptions. I had to contact my bank directly to stop the charge.
This is a clear violation of California’s Automatic Renewal Law, and I’ve already filed a formal notice. Avoid this app if you value transparency and control over your finances. There are much better options out there that don’t rely on deceptive billing tactics.

No Option to Recover Password
The App is not user friendly. I go to log into the app and I am unable to recover or change my password. There no support contact. I’m subscribed to the membership but no details on how to unsubscribe, the only option I’m guessing is to delete your account. No information of due dates or anything for that matter. LAME. Would give this zero stars if I could. I want my money back
