Fix this mess
This app itself, however, is horrendous. Every single time I open the app and try to watch something a pop up appears and asks me “love this app?” And every time I click NO it then asks if I want to talk to customer service. Again, my answer is no. What I want is to watch the content I paid for.
As if that wasn’t annoying enough, the app also CONSTANTLY logs you out. Every time I open it, regardless of which device I’m using, and after I answer that annoying aforementioned prompt, I then have to log in all over again before I can watch anything.
It’s ridiculous. It’s annoying. Y’all aren’t the only LGBT streaming service in the game. Maybe I’ll give OUT or Dekkoo my money instead.

Horrible App, Terrible Customer Service
I tried cancelling my annual subscription having asked for a refund, but it’s been 3 weeks with no resolution in sight. I’ve followed up 3 times with no word from the initial representative who forwarded my email to the billing group. This really saddens me because while there is value in the content, it’s now overshadowed by this negative experience.
So, I’ve paid for an app that works maybe 65% of the time. So, I don’t even bother opening it any longer. For an app called “HERE” TV, they’ve been anything but.
I’m really not a hater, and I rarely write reviews. But, I had to say something! If you’re considering to purchase this app, be forewarned! In fairness, the app does work in a browser environment. I’ve had no issues watching content on my iPad via Safari. But, I purchased the app to watch on my TV. Is that too much to expect from an app called Here TV?
