So I signed up to this app following the death of my husband and I can’t login. I emailed for resetting of my password and I have not received a new password however the money every month keeps going out of my account and I have no way to stop this. I am really really disappointed. Please don’t buy this. The customer service is rubbish.

Doesn't work
Full of glitches, this app barely allows you to make an account let alone record any audio or play it back.

Not even close to consumer-ready
This app performs very poorly. Glitches are constant. I’m using an enterprise-grade headset, and the sound quality of the memories I try to record are so bad the app won’t even accept them. I tried using the phone microphone as well; no improvement. The interviewer script tends to skip segments of its own text, so you have no idea what it’s asking you to do. It’s extremely frustrating to work yourself up to telling some emotional story and then find that you’ll have to re-record it, so you do… nope, didn’t get it that time either. How are you going to start a flashy “AI” product and not even bother developing the ux into something at least passable? How embarrassing.
