HereALL is a smart headcount app for trips, programs, and group events. Why use HereALL? It’s a modern solution to a simple but critical task: knowing that everyone is here. How it works - The group leader creates an group, and participants join by the group name. - This is only needed once — the app remembers the last group and automatically returns to it, even after restarting. - The leader can start an online roll call anytime: “Phones out, check in!” - One tap confirms presence with a clear checkmark. - The leader instantly sees who is present and who is missing in a clean attendance list. - The distance (in meters) from the check-in location is visible for checked-in participants. - Members can see the check-in location on the map, making it easy to find their way back after free time. - Members can optionally send their current position when needed for safety — no continuous tracking. - Leaders and members can securely share phone numbers and call each other directly from the app. - Attendance lists can be exported and shared as a PDF for documentation or reporting. - The leader can send messages, and members always have access to the meeting location. - No registration is required, but it is available as an option. - Multilingual interface Available in 14 languages. The app follows your device language on first use, and you can change it anytime.
