Very disappointed no stars for me
I can’t open the app it keeps saying it’s the wrong or not connected to the internet. This app is trash 🤷🏽♀️
Doesn’t even open!!
Once I waited a hour for the app to open!! All it did was a black screen with the hj sign. It’s so annoying please fix it!! I need it for school!!! The pictures you have look good it’s just I can’t get in :(

Not Functional
I’m not quite sure if this is Herff Jones’ fault or my school’s, but I never received a code to preview my school/class ring design. This app doesn’t work without a class code, even if you don’t want to choose your school mascot. There are no work-arounds to this, making it impossible to use this app if a situation like this happens.
I can’t quite talk about how the app functions, but if you aren’t even able to access the app, that is a glaring flaw in of itself.
This app is still being promoted on HF’s official 2019 selection catalog, so I have to assume it’s still active. In that case, I’d suggest an option to preview a standard ring, but with a placeholder for the mascot until the user fills in their school name. Thank you for reading.

I went online as an advisor and set up the access code, I even change it, and it still will not find my school.

How Did This Get Approved On The App Store?
This is literally one of the worst apps I have ever used. The UI and app design are terrible, but I could put up with that if the app actually function as advertised. As others have said, the school code function doesn't work. It's a sad truth that students are forced to use this app if they wish to contribute to their yearbook.
Update: Still terrible, but at least it's 64-bit. Please optimize for iPhone 6, and update graphics to iOS 7 assets.

Hard to use for multiple photos
It's difficult to have to upload photo one by one on this app. And it's blown up and looks weird on my iPhone 6

my school code doesn't seem to work? I've typed it in and it says school not found. we've used the same one every year for quite some time now. please fix this.

Students and faculty were able to send in photos but now they cant because the school code says it is not found.
