Won’t Open
I downloaded this app this morning and I have tried to open it and it won’t open. It says it’s an internet issue but I have great service. I even tried opening this app with WiFi and it still won’t open.

I did the Ancestry Profile and the app did not match any of my ethnicities. I will promptly cancel the 3-day trial. Don’t waste your time or money!

My results said 35% German & 25% Polish+ other nationalities. There’s no German in my maternal or paternal family! Irish & Polish, but that’s it! GOD bless 3 day trial
Charged £6.99 for 2 mins use
Asking for a 5 star review to get a free trial isn’t just cheeky (according to some comments), it’s called an incentivised review which is a violation of developer guidelines. Also the wording states free trial but also asks for your subscription option after which you have to choose. Boom…charged £6.99 straight away and no free trial.
Update: So your response was that a 5 star review isn’t necessary to start the trial? There’s a number of people commenting on here that don’t agree. And yes I already requested and got my refund.

Hi, We’d like to clarify that leaving a 5-star review is not required to access the app or start a trial. Subscription payments and trial billing are processed by the Apple App Store, not directly by us. If you believe you were charge you can request a refund directly through Apple. We hope this clarifies the situation.
