Nice when it works
When it works it’s great, not sure if it updated recently but when opening the app it moves you to the browser log in, won’t remember my user name or password either. Fix your app please.

Great app! It’s been really easy to use!! Best feature for me is being able to block my card! I hate to admit it, but I frequently misplace my card around my house and in my car (usually just for a few hours) and being able to block my card until I find it gives me so much peace of mind! I never have to call the bank anymore and that also saves me so much time!

Such a game changer!!
I absolutely love how clean this app is and how easy it is to use!! It shows all of my Heritage Bank accounts of course, but it also lets me link my other bank and credit union accounts to it too! That way I can view and manage all of my finances in one place (versus having to log into each one individually). It even categorizes all spending across all linked accounts for you so you can have a better idea of where your money is going. I can also set Savings Goals in the app too!! Just incredible!

I cannot move my accounts around in the order I wd like to see them in the app. I had to go onto my laptop to do it before. Now I’m not able to do it at all. :(

Our existing app received some minor updates. We are sorry to hear you dislike the changes. But we are deploying a brand new digital banking platform (app/desktop) in June 2024. Our new app will allow you to move your accounts around in the order you wish, in addition to many brand new features and customization. Stay tuned! We appreciate your feedback.

I’m a new customer and local of GI. I work as a user experience design consultant for mobile android technology at UP railroad. I would be happy to consult with your developers on how we can drastically improve the UX of your app… because it is honestly one of the worst things I’ve seen in awhile. And I used to bank at Five Points (so that’s saying something) it would increase professionalism and credibility for the company. I am actually begging you.. if not me, hire another UX professional. But I’d give you a discount. Because it benefits me too as a user. 😃🤝

Needs a refresh
Very very basic, could function a little better and be a little more user friendly.
State of the Art in 2009
The app looks like it hasn’t been touched in a decade. No modern technologies remotely pop their head up in this app, their idea of a “security key” is my full name.... this is the definition of lazy programming. See you around Heritage, guess it time to go bank shopping
Great app
Great app...easy to use and access all necessary info very quickly.
Functions well
This app is pretty great most of the time. One problem I encounter a lot is not being able to use the app while I'm on a phone call. And sometimes the ads will cover up important buttons. All in all, it works well and is fairly stable
Really glitchy
Fix your app. It went from opening half the time, freezing, crashing... and now it won't even open. This is really handy to have, so please work on it.
Not working.
This app is not functioning and I can't login. If you are going to put a "contact us" feature on an app, it would be nice if there was actually a number or email attached to this function. As of now it is not operational.
