App review
The app is extremely slow and does not reflect charges at a regular pace. I’m frequently doing my own math to attempt to monitor actual money available because it does not reflect in a timely manner whatsoever. Honestly a checkbook would be more accurate which is saddening. It’s 2026.
Easy to Use
I have used Heritage Bank’s app for several years now and have been impressed by the quality of their services. The app is highlighted by an easy to use interface, speedy transactions, and quality integration with other financial apps. I can confidently say that it is the best banking app I have used and have no problem recommending the institution to friends and relatives.

Go back to the old one or fix this one.
Recent update is absolute garbage. Unresponsive, crashes, slow, just absolute trash. Go back to the old one soon or I might find a different bank over this. It’s terrible. And it’s not just me. Everyone I know who has this app says the same thing. I’m fact right now I can’t even open the app because I just sits and spins. Junk.
