Error
Every few months I have trouble with the app and it won’t let me get in it says can’t load app error so I have to delete it and reinstall it again

Pending Charges Issues
Terrible issues with pending charges not showing up on accounts until days and days have past. Then all of the sudden there’s a ton of pending charges that should have been apparent immediately when the purchase was made. This makes keeping track of funds difficult. Other banks & credit card companies have no issue making the pertinent information available immediately, in real time.

New Update is a few steps backwards
Instead of using ID and Password now just four digits to open to open application and access accounts. Unless you are going to a new bank we are stuck with it.
“Updated app is terrible”
I love this bank, hate the new app. The previous version kept a current total even on the weekends. This version has serious delays, bulk data dumps and has me missing the old app.
