Fine magazines god awful app!
The Pocketmags app has to the worst app I’ve ever used on the iPad.
It invariably loads incorrectly & always insists on changing the orientation from landscape to portrait. I never know whether to laugh or cry… 🤬

Review of Heritage Railway
Brilliant coverage of the heritage railway scene and current mainline services with preserved steam. As an eager trainspotter of the 1950s it is wonderful to see how those wonderful machines that were so much a part of my childhood, are being cared for with such enthusiasm and care. Heritage Railway is the ideal vehicle for all the latest news ( and controversy ), superb photography and excellent presentation. Can't wait for the next issue!

Good magazine but terrible to download..
A first class magazine but the download takes for ever.
I have a 70+ mps download speed but it takes nearly 3 hours to download the magazine.
Once you have it it is great.

I travel a lot with work so having the convenience of my favourite magazine with me on my iPad certainly helps cure the boredom of a long haul flight. Thank you, Mortons, for producing this fantastic magazine digitally!

Great Magazine
Great to have this good railway publication available on my iPad, not subscribing to paper copies any more. Other publications need to catch up fast or they will get left behind.

Great magazine and now available on iPad, which is great for me working on cruise ships. No longer do I have to carry heavy magazines in my hand luggage where I can now read all my magazines on my iPad. Fantastic stuff guys and a bargain price too :) very happy customer here :)
Up to Date
I'm a fan of Steam Railway and Heritage Railway. This app is great to have on your iPhone or iPad. You read all about steam locomotives in the UK and what is going on in the world of preservation. The magazine update very well and worth the money if you're a fan of British steam and railways or just steam in general.

Car crash of an app
terrible, tried it for 2 months on iPhone 5 and iPad, constant crashing on loading (when it does load it takes minutes), new issues delayed, not available on publication date, supports only answer was delete and reinstall, after this only 1 purchased issue would show at a time

The app is free but it's only a signpost to buying, so it shouldn't be in the free category should it?

Doesn't allow you to purchase back issues at the moment. App crashed in ios 6 on 3rd generation ipad.
It states there was a magazine due out on 22nd November, it is now 28th and it's a no show so far. Very poor especially if you have paid for a subscription, should be out the day it states.
