I’m willing to help on User Testing before next version release
Herman team, video upload is not working as we as users expect:
1. It takes long time after hitting Submit.
2. Video can’t be uploaded, it prompts an error message (looks like the integration service is not able to communicate to the target video location, or the service is not responding to the submit comand)
3. Feedback to App support can be submitted only once and it is the only way to get support, so it needs to allow more than 1 interaction.
4. Need to provide alternative way to provide the video answer (emailing video with subject code defined or provide a link from the app to a cloud drive where we can store the video)
Happy to help with the User Testing execution once the communication and video loading functionality is fixed.
App look and feel is nice but it needs to work as per the app purpose, so I will rate 1 star as I haven’t been able to use it to the purpose since I install it and in the las 6 days and I will provide another rate once I’m able to get results.

Definitivamente después de 2 semanas intentando realizar la entrevista, no he podido avanzar del primer video. Una versión después y continua el problema y una importante oportunidad de empleo se me escapa por ustedes!!!
