Wish it was better
I am a senior woman looking for something to track my steps and sleep so I chose this watch. Unfortunately it doesn’t always track my sleep. It will go a week and not record anything. Occasionally it fails to track my steps. Very frustrating. Think it’s time for an upgrade.
Doesn’t connect
I have this for about 2years works great until I need to charge the band if I charge during the day all works fine If I charge at night the. Next day it doesn’t work. I have disconnected the site and reinstalled twice nut today it doesn’t seem to connect to the band. I guess I got my money’s worth but now need to shop for something new

Hero Band - basic but excellent!
Been using the Hero Band watch for over a year while comparing it to the Fitbit 5. More ‘bells & whistles’ with the FB5, like automatic heart rate and Sp02 while the Hero requires manual press, but stats are identical. Plus, the Hero has blood pressure check and excellent battery life. It all depends on what you need in a tracker, but the Hero Band watch holds its own against the other high priced brands.

Failure to connect
If you disconnect it from your Bluetooth it won’t reconnect. It keeps saying it it can’t be found because it’s not turned on.

Disconnects all the time
Im glad it was only 20$ - it doesnt stay charged, doesnt stay connected, wont do anything when i try to add weather, does not work with my music, horrible product
Mala conexión.
Ya no se puede vincular al teléfono. Lástima que durará tan poco. Además las toma de presión y la oxigenación no corresponden a lo real. Ya ni de reloj se puede usar.
Glitchy
I’ve had this one for two years. It won’t take me to my heart rate at all for blood pressure or H2O. It rarely works when I wear it and I’m sleeping maybe one and 10 it no longer vibrates. I’d say as far as longevity this watch is probably a -5.
Reset
I had to do a reset on the watch. It will not reconnect back to my Bluetooth. It is no longer working and isn’t any good to me. I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max and it did work until reset. What can be done to fix this problem?
Sueño
No se sincronizan mis horas de sueño con lo que aparece en la app del móvil cuenta solo unas determinadas horas de sueño en un horario que no sé cómo modificar de 22 a 7 pero si duermes fuera de ese horario no te lo contabiliza por lo tanto los datos no son fiables!

First watch screen went black. No good. On above date bought 2nd watch. 3yrs later and the App has to be open constantly thru Bluetooth and use cellular went go out to work. Uses your data up. Runs battery down. Need not have open continuously.

Problems
Since I got the watch 3 years ago it has messed up. It resets itself, you have to replace the charging cable. Now the charge doesn’t even last 4 hours and that is with everything off. I don’t use it for anything except time and an alarm. Be aware it starts acting up right after the warranty expires.

Problema con registro de sueño
Lleva 5 días que no registra el ciclo de sueño, lo demás, bien
Works O.K.
In general, the features work, but the sleep monitoring isn’t very accurate. It doesn’t record the whole night and it says you’re asleep when you’re awake and visa versa. Fitbit is much more reliable. Amazingly enough though, the blood pressure is very accurate.
Overall, it is a good product and well worth the value.
