Unable to open
Downloaded today and since then this app is scrolling on me. So frustrating to see this kind of platform as a parent of year 1 children. Hopefully it gets all bugs fixed soon.
Keeps signing out
Can you fix why it keeps signing me out. Have used it for years and has been great now all of a sudden I get a notification and click on it and I’m logged out again. Also recently the app doesn’t load and leaves you on a white screen.

Waste of time app
You try to log in and then if keeps deleting your email address and is always play up.
Painful
While this app has so many great functions it’s also very frustrating. At least once a week it freezes and logs me out, then it won’t accept my password . Today I can’t even delete it or restore it . It often doesn’t show the notifications and if it does then it doesn’t clear them. Do better - this is a major communication hub for many families & schools.

Cannot login with Google account
I try and login with my Google account. My Google account has passkeys authentication enabled. Every time I try it says “Something went wrong” and I’m unable to login. It works fine with other apps. Please check and test that people can login using their Google account with passkeys enabled.
Stupid app
This is the dumbest app I’ve ever used, have never been able to sign in to check my sons progress or reports at school, tried resetting password multiple times school even made a new log in for me and just has a loading symbol I have to delete the app and re download it to attempt to log in but never lets me. Absolutely useless

Keeps logging out
The app keeps kicking out of the account and require re-login. It is extremely annoying!

New to using this app, I can’t even get past the thinking circle. Have tried to sign in by various options - email and Google, on various devices and every time it’s the same.

- every school information is a notification, not a content easily retrievable. Let us at least pin/favorite notifications
- The App signs out automatically with no reason. and password reset is a nightmare, apparently not supporting the password manager strong suggestions.

Sign in
This app constantly logs me out and no matter what I try I cant get in. Our school only use this now so that is a problem. When I click forgot password it says it will send an email but never does and yes I checked spam

Spinning wheel of doom
Upon downloading this app to connect to my child’s class/teacher, everytime I try to open I get the spinning wheel of doom and that’s all.
Previous teacher used Seesaw which was a much better app. Wonder how long til the current teacher switches too.

School bookings does not work
Cannot click on the times for school bookings. This happens every time. Have to call school to manually book in. Please fix

Has so much potential but it’s slow, notifications pop up but there is nothing there when you click into it.
The notification flag sticks around for days and doesn’t clear even when you’ve read everything.
The reporting for academics isn’t clear and concise.

stop removing starras text bruh
my friends were using hero and then their ipads turned off while they was writing a post, when they turned their ipads back on… boom, all their writing got deleted.
Glitchy as
Really unreliable. Get a notification, click it and can never find it again. Leaves a number up on the Home Screen app as if you haven’t seen all of your feed despite you have. Have to uninstall and reinstall regularly to ensure you don’t miss things. Quite a painful app!!

Please school change back to use email. This makes my life harder. Got headache using this app. Hard to search notifcations. The teacher sent pdf that I couldnt download or print. What’s wrong with the email previously huh
