Which s3rial number to be used I've tried both chassis no. And engine/ motor number pasted at the fender. But couldn't activate the app an start/ set up.

Not able to connect in my bike extreme 160r , where to find serial no. Even service centre people don’t know😌

App keep sending notifications like 1000 times in a day of starting vehicle.
