This game is genuinely trash plus it’s nothing like the advertised which I thought was illegal now but maybe I’m wrong but if I’m not not they’ll be hearing from my lawyers

Game is fun but developers do not care that they offer incentives like 4x emeralds and when people do the task they get nothing and are pretty much told to get over it cause they use a bot for support
Game glitches ruined the experience
I’ve been playing for 5 years now. I had a great experience playing hero wars but recently two years I’ve been having trouble logging in without getting booted out or game crashing. No matter what I do even logging in, it crashes so I barely play anymore.
Freezes and crashes constantly
Hadn't played this game in a few years, one of my kids got an ad for it and wanted to try it. Fresh install, freezes and crashes constantly. Useless.
Not the game from the ads
Totally forgot I played this before, but it is not the game from the ads at all. You don’t get to puzzle through side quests battling like numbers.
Scammers
The developers of this game are so money hungry it’s basically impossible to play this game at any level other than the lowest without spending tons of money. The other day, they took stuff I had purchased, did not refund my money, and support keeps telling me there is nothing they can do. Don’t get scammed by these losers like I did. Don’t spend money on this game if you can help it. These devs can bite me.

Unplayable due to crashes
The developers have ignored the crashing issue for months. The game has been crashing to the Home Screen every 2 minutes for months, especially during Arena and Frontier battles. Reinstalling the game, updating iOS, and freeing up storage make no difference.
Instead of fixing a serious problem that affects core gameplay, the developers continue adding new features and more ways to spend money whiling doing nothing about the crashes.

They ruined it
It was a good game until they introduced “Realm.” It sucks, and every update pushes the game more and more to it. It’s stupid, and rips off other conquering games. They suck

Very fun and addictive game. However, please revisit great some of the earlier heroes. Likes the ninja Turtles has an example.
Great game! But not for children.
This is amazing. Basically no ads and its super fun. Especially if you have nothing to else to do. The reason I say “not for children” is because of the. Parts that have love thrown into it. I would recommend this for 13 and over.
Money grab
They continually make it more time consuming , and harder to play , reduce drop rates , try to make it more costly. The drop rates , the sheer amount of resources to upgrade a single player is not a grind , it’s a death sentence . They contunually add new hero’s while simultaneously making heroes you’ve invested in worthless.

It keeps you busy enough on a daily basis without been to complicated of seemingly becoming a chore. Great fun and if u in a goood active guild even better as you all have a community to discuss common topics.

Gone down hill in the last year.
Hero wars: Identity Crisis is a pay to win kind of game. They drop new items that you’d easily have to pay $250 per each hero to actually make them usable. Resources are scarce and devs keep making them harder and harder to get without paying more and more.

Frozen game
So I just download this game & im proceeding to play, I make a couple purchases & then the games freezes now I can play what kinda flying filth of a game is this. I even removed it from my phone & redownload it but still the same issue smh don’t download it anyone or risk the same experience
