Can’t Complete Registration

Have been unable to complete registration. App says email is already in use. Registered a different email and same issue. Reported it and was told
It was fixed but it has not. Sounds like a great program if worked..

Bugs costing Star Number 5!

It’s organizations like Herobox that are at the forefront of seeing to it that are deployed Service Members get all the comforts of home. That being said, someone needs to squash the bugs in the App. Bug No. 1: When typing a message to a selected Service Member letting them know they have a new Sponsor, the keyboard covers nearly the entire message field. Bug No. 2: I’ve filled out MOST of my Profile, but when I fill in the Hometown field, there is no way to Update my information. Clicking “Next” apparently just moves me to the end of the, “Additional Comments” field. Fix these two bugs, and a Fifth Star is more than just a possibility.

I feel this app is the perfect way to get people involved remotely from anywhere! It’s important for us to do our part in supporting our veterans, and every little bit helps. There is no excuse not to get involved, and this apps makes it easier for you to do just that! Great job!

HEROBOX

HEROBOX is an amazing organization. I love how they keep their social media community up to date with everything they have going on. They really care for the HEROs who are or have served our country. And I just love the themes that they come out with when decorating their HERO boxes... the boxes are always so cute! Keep it up. This organization deserves so much more credit and recognition.
