I’m not a native English speaker, therefore can’t be overly judgemental, however, the app developer has allowed basic spelling mistakes like “herat rate”.
You will get some notifications, some will appear late, some never.
Sleep record is totally inaccurate. Steps are out sync.
The watch is nice looking, with basic functions and should work well with a decent app. This is not that app.

App crashes
I’ve had the app since Christmas 2023. This has worked week since then but since the 29th March 2024 it crashes at 50% sync and doesn’t record sleep anymore. Please can this be sorted asap as I’m using the data for a study.

Great watch for the value. I use it for counting steps and simply as a watch. Can’t beat it for under $20.
Only problem I’m having is synching the time. I live in eastern US and recently traveled to west coast. Time synched there but when I returned to eastern US it’s still stuck on west coast time. Any help?

Crashing
Hello, So I gave all the permissions and then it crashed.I am trying this on an IPhone X. Please help me
Stoped working
App stopped working after update to iOS 16.1 on iPhone 12 mini. App starts up and then just closes. Watch no longer usable

A bit limited but works well with my iPhone and don’t have any problems

Does not download sports i do, steps not accurate, sleep is way off accurate even heart is not spelt correctly in the app.

Doesn’t download any of the sport activities to the app and the steps don’t seem accurate either.
The watch looks great but that’s as far as it goes. Don’t waste your money buying this watch. A lot better out there, especially if you are wanting to track your sports activities accurately.

Can’t link to phone
Doesn’t link to an iPhone7. And. Heart Rate on the home page is misspelled as Herat Rate.

Thank you very much for your feedback. You try to cancel the pairing in the system Bluetooth, go back to the APP and then reconnect. Sorry for the bad experience, thank you again for using our products.

Could use a better interface. More sports modes. For instance elliptical, strength training or stretches. Ability to add your app notifications to the watch.
