Great game, love the story, the characters, and getting to customize your troops, but I have to spend money to play the full game? I mean I can afford it but why does one need to spend money on the game when you can push the buying into things like weapons, classes or even resources. I js think it would raise your game even more if you made the story free and focused on other smaller things the player could buy instead.

Very Good game. However, it is a buy to win game. You need to pay $3 to have access to the whole gameplay, and if you dont, it would just give you harder levels which would take weeks to complete it.

Yall gotta drop some more content I’ve had installed so long after I’ve beaten it but I bought the in app purchase for all levels so I don’t want too delete it bc it’s a good little game but it’s been soooo long
Good game but don’t like the misleading way they get you to spend money.
I like the game great game but when I went to go to the second island it said I had to buy the full version which I didn’t know I had to and it said no where in the game description in the App Store so I kinda wasted 2 hours of my time. but otherwise great game!

This game is a good game. I love playing it. However, once you get to a certain point the levels are unbeatable. I don’t mean when you get to level like 45 and things are supposed to be hard, I mean at like level 9. There are simply to many archers to beat any level. 92 archers, really, it’s impossible and can’t be beaten. Other than that, I like the game.

Well I was enjoying the game… until I couldn’t play anymore, unless I buy the full game.. so this is basically a “demo” I can replay the levels I already beat and I can play 2 impossible levels. Like quite litterally impossible unless I buy the full game. That’s very unfortunate… wish I could’ve kept playing.

Please make Units Smarter
Herodom is a Great game in my opinion but my units don’t always move. For example they stand there and get attack and they don’t go in groups. Maybe you could make them behave like the enemy and charge on go. This is only an important suggestion for the game.

Game is good but redundant
Nice overall game but no more upgrades after a point and then enemies get super hard. No replay value. Rinse and repeat. Would be better if added upgrades as game progresses

If this game told me at the begging that it wasn’t the whole game, I would be fine with it.
But it doesn’t, it tries to trick you by abruptly forcing you to pay $5.00 for the full game after only 4 levels.
Now I’ve played a few mobile games (somewhere around 150) and there have been many significantly better games, that were both paid and cost less and were free
This game not being worth $5.00 aside, I understand a developer wanting to give you the opportunity to play a demo so you want to buy the game and how much time it might take to make a separate game in the App Store that is just the demo…
BUT, it would only take like 15 minutes to add a screen that says “this is not the whole game” and I don’t think that is much to ask unless the developer is scum and trying to trick people on purpose.
That being said, I would be more than happy to change this review at the time that change would be added, so that I know that the developer isn’t scum.
And you can likely disregard whatever the dev says as a reply to this as the responses on other reviews look completely lifeless and meaningless

Hi there, Thanks for your review. I try to give everyone the opportunity to try Herodom before you need to decide whether to buy it or not. It's already clearly visible in the AppStore that Herodom has an in-app purchase, and you can also see which one. I think it's only fair to allow someone to try out the game before buying it. Calling someone "scum" is quite offensive, especially since I am trying to make a fair and most importantly fun gaming experience, and the try out is part of that. I hope you understand my reasoning. The game is Actually Really Nice , I actually chuckled from the NPC’S dialogue in the background , and I love the customization, The graphics , The mechanics , It’s actually great considering it’s a mobile game , really a breath of premium fresh air from the other crap , I really recommend it , Good Job for dev
