Unbalanced team
No oder mobile 5v5 game has had such poor playability when it comes to team balancing. For instance, while playing in the gold division, I was matched against opponents from EPIC/MASTER (?) division - and this wasn’t just a one-off incident. If your goal was to put me off playing your game, then well done - you succeeded. Naturally, I’ve uninstalled the game.

Good and amazing game been playing for years now, but there are only two major problems with the game. First, is the report system, second it’s the matchmaking most of my teammates are either electrum or diamond and I’m palladium.
Rating Keeps Going Down For a Reason
Hahaha glad to see it is now at 4.6 rather than 4.7 rating. Hopefully the developing team stops being greedy money grabbers and start putting some passion into the competitive scene of the game. The matchmaking is ancient. Each season there are un-balanced heroes and they take months to patch it.

UNFAIR GAMEPLAY AT HIGHER LEVELS. POSSIBLE HACKING. MODS DO NOTHING ABOUT IT AND SWEEP A BLIND EYE.
WHATS UNFAIR ABOUT THE GAME IS WHEN YOU ARE IN A RANKED MATCH, IT IS UNFAIR HOW DURING THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME, THE ENEMY TEAM IS ALREADY AT YOUR BASE TOWER BEFORE YOU EVEN GET A CHANCE TO STEP OFF YOUR OWN BASE. THEN NOT EVEN 30 SECONDS INTO THE GAMEPLAY, THE ENEMY TEAM IS ALREADY DEALING 1-2 HIT KILLS. IT SEEMS LIKE THE ENEMY TEAM IS ALREADY PRELOADED WITH 30k GOLD COINS FROM THE START OR SOMETHING. SOME OF US STARTING OUT BARELY HAVE A CHANCE TO FARM FOR OUR GEAR AND IT SEEMS LIKE THE OTHER TEAM ALREADY HAS THEIR FULL GEAR SETUP ALREADY AND DOING THE 1-2 HIT KILLS. AND ANOTHER THING IS DESPITE ME HAVING THE SAME CHARACTER AS THE ENEMY TEAM, THEIR CHARACTER SEEMS UNGODLY STRONGER THAN IT LEGALLY AHOULD BE IN THE GAME. ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE ONLY LEVEL 1 IN THE FIRST MINUTE OF THE GAME. THEN I NOTICE CHARACTERS THAT I HAVE BEEN PLAYING AND USING FOR A WHILE AND KNOW THEIR SKILLS DOES NOT INCLUDE THEM POSESSING A “CLONE” OF THEMSELF. ESPECIALLY 4 CLONES OF THE SAME CHARACTER. THE GAMEPLAY IS UNFAIR. THE MODS HAVE TO CHECK IN ON THIS AND SEE HOW AND WHY THE ENEMY TEAM CAN SPAWN AT OUR BASE WITHIN SECONDS BEFORE THE MINIONS SPAWN OUT. IN THE BEGINNING THERE IS NO CHANCE TO FARM CAUSE THE OTHER CHARACTERS ARE ALREADY OVERLOADING YOU AND KILLING BEFORE YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO GET AWAY OR MOVE. ALSO THE GAME FREEZES AND MY CHARACTERS DO NOT RESPOND TO MOVEMENT OR SKILLS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. MY CHARACTERS ALSO “DRIFT” OR WALK BY THEMSELVES TOWARD THE DANGER WHENEVER YOU LET GO OF THE MOVEMENT BUTTON. SOMETHING IS WRONG AND IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. THE GAMEPLAY ISNT FAIR AND THE LOGIC BEHIND THE 1 HIT KILLS MAKE NO SENSE AT THE FIRST FEW SECONDS OF THE GAME.
